Table Car Rental
Have a family member that LOVES trains? Have their next birthday party in their own private car! Our table car is available for rental during our regularly scheduled trains. It features large tables and seating for approximately 48 guests. Many people that rent the table car choose to decorate the car to their liking or to the theme of the party. Rental of the table car does not include cake or food. It only covers the use of the dining car for your private event. Many people that rent the car choose their own catering service or provide their own food.

2026 Price: $650
The price covers exclusive use by your party during any of our regularly scheduled trains.You MUST have a reservation well ahead of time for use of our private table car. Cake and presents can only be brought onto the table car. You can not bring cake and presents onto a regularly scheduled coach.
*Note The table car is not available for parties after Thanksgiving during any of the Santa’s Express trains.

We also have the option available to book an entire train any time just for your party. This option is is perfect for corporate events, school and church trips, or very large groups. Each of our coaches seat approximately 65 people. Prices vary.
